Simple Chic is delighted to provide a pick-up and drop-off delivery services for customer Clothing Repairs & Alterations.
Delivery Service Available 4 days Per Week from 12pm to 6pm Mon, Tues, Thurs and Sat. Standard pick-up and drop-off delivery fee is $10.00 respectively.
Delivery Service Locations / Zone - for our Beta Launch pick-up and drop-off service will be available only within a 15km radius from the Sydney CBD.
Made-to-Measure - Offering the complete experience from the initial consultation to the hand stitched finishing touches exclusively to his customer's satisfaction. Including: custom tailoring for women's and men's wear, bridal wear and corporate wear. All fabrics, including leather and suede garments.
Pattern Making - Manual pattern making on traditional cardboard, sample making, fittings, production grading and specification sheet. For personal, design students, fashion industry to commercial use. Including: women's and men's wear, after five and evening wear, children's wear, swimwear, uniform and corporate wear.
Alterations- Including: shortening lengthens, let-out, take-in, resizing, blind hem, repair of broken zippers & buttons, invisible mending, wedding dress and formal dress alterations. All fabrics from leather & suede to silky delicate materials.
Step 1: Book and pay for your required Clothing Repairs & Alterations. Book here
Step 2: Book and pay for your preferred clothing pick-up date, time and location, e.g home or office address. We will also send you a courtesy SMS reminder 24hrs before your pick-up.
Step 3: Simple Chic will arrange for your Clothing Repairs & Alterations to be completed within 5-7 business days and we will notify you when they are ready.
Step 4: Once you have been notified, please book and pay for your drop-off delivery date, time and location. Simply, select "Drop-off Completed Repairs & Alterations" in the Delivery Type menu when making your calendar booking.
Priority Service (24-48Hrs): Please advise us at time of placing your Repairs & Alterations if you require our Priority Service. You can do so in the comments / notes section of your booking. For the Beta Launch - you can also reach out to us at email@example.com.
Cancellations or Reschedules: If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your booking you can do so by logging into your Simple Chic account. If you have any problems feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
