Fabrics - choose from our natural fabrics: linen, merino wool, fine wool and silk. See Fabrics
Neckline Silhouettes - choose from a selection of dress and top necklines. See Necklines
Sleeve Lengths - choose sleeveless, short sleeves, three quarter length or long sleeves.
Lengths - choose your desired dress, skirt or pant length.

Prior to starting your order we suggest that you take and write down your Body Measurements using our Step-by-Step Guide. See Guide. Once you have provided us with your body measurements, we will save the details to your Client Profile, so we have easy access to the details should you choose to order another garment.
Once you have decided on a design, personalisation options and have your body measurements ready, please proceed with your order selection and Add to your Cart. Please enter your body measurements and any personal styling options (see example below) in the "Add a note to your order" section located on the "Your Cart" page when checking-out (prior to the payment page). You can also add any special delivery requirements in this section, after your measurements and styling options.

NEXT STEPS: SIMPLE CHIC CUSTOM DESIGNS, TAILOR MAKES & SHIPS YOUR ORDER
Once we have received your order and payment, our tailor will proceed and create a custom pattern, cut the fabric and tailor make your garment locally in Sydney, Australia. Made unique just for you.
SHIPPING: You will receive your personalised garment within 4-5 weeks of placing your order.
We want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your personalised garment. In the case you feel that the garment we send you does not fit you perfectly, our Terms of Service provide you with Three Fit Guarantee Options: (*)
1. Alternation by Simple Chic
Return the garment back to our offices for adjustment, for no additional charge or delivery costs. (This service is currently only available to clients who reside in Australia); OR
2. Alternation by your Local Alternation Shop
Visit and support your local Alternation Shop for any adjustments and we will provide you with a refund for the cost of the adjustments (up to the value of 25% of the purchase price of the garment); OR
3. Remake by Simple Chic
In the case where the garment cannot be adjusted, due to a measurement error by our company, Simple Chic will proceed to do a remake for the Client.
